I just checked in and we got a room that was not w...

I just checked in and we got a room that was not what we expected. When we tried to upgrade the manager Brian lies and tells us that the bad room we got is the only one left
Finally a friendly lady at the front desk assisted us... there were other rooms
The hotel needs to be cleaner it got dirty over years must be maintained
Our room the window for patio was dusty not clean
Many flies and bugs around need to be taken care of
HEAT THE BIG POOL don t be cheap!!!
The only good pool u have come on heat it
Fix the steps on the way to the cliff they have been in that condition for over 10 years it s dangerous.
