Had a problem where my air conditioning kept shutting off. I called the office and scheduled an appointment and Alex arrived right on time. I explained to him the problem and the steps I had taken. He ended up having to troubleshoot the entire system because my evaporator/furnace kept losing power. He was very patient and kept at it until it was fixed which I appreciated as the problem was not immediately apparent. He also pointed out some early warning signs in my system and offered some suggestions as to how to address them, but without high pressure sales tactics. I decided to go with service plans for both of my systems due to his professionalism and knowledge. Thanks Alex!
