We had previously worked with several other property management companies over the years, and PMI Birdy blew them all away with superior customer service, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Things that might have been a hassle and would have required owner time/effort with other companies were already taken care of before we even had to ask with Birdy. They have my strongest recommendation!
