Update: after speaking with the owner, I ve updated the review to 3 stars. The owner called me personally and offered several acceptable solutions to my previously listed grievances. Will update the review in the future hopefully reflecting a more positive relationship and results.

Original review: Huge let down. We were so excited to grow our small HVAC business and get some good leads and revenue coming in. Being in the same state as them we figured they would have this market figured out and dialed in. We signed on with ryno 6 months ago at the start of summer, first few months were slow, cost per lead $250+. Little to no new leads or business coming in even with a google PPC campaign. Latest report our cost per lead $300+ and phone is not ringing. We had to hire another company to run social media ads to bring new leads in to stay busy. Now here we are going into winter (slow season) not in a good financial spot thanks to ryno. If we were relying on them solely for calls/ leads we would be out of business. We ve spent over $10k with them and are stuck in a 12 month contract. Terrible experience.. stay away.
