About 4 day ago I order a key fob and I was been told that my key is ready I had appointment today Friday 7 AM in the morning I arrived about 6:30 AM in the morning and I was told that I have to leave my vehicle at the shop until 4:20 PM I m on night shift guy I ve been working all night get off my work at 5:00 AM I arrived at 6:25 AM in the morning the service person in the shop told me that for me to get my key five to calibrate to my vehicle I have to wait from 6:20 AM to 4:20 PM no one told me before when I was making an appointment for this service that I need to wait for about eight hours to get the service done no one communicated that to me This is the worst place to get service done I m really disappointed this is the same place that I bought my vehicle which cost me almost 38,000 dollar from this location. I also bought tires is about 7 months ago and I was been having issues with the tires that I bought from them $1000 tires and I have to fill air tthree times every single week I complain before they change one of the tires and I have to deal with the rest of it.
