Just purchased my first brand new vehicle from Courtesy this afternoon! I went there on Monday and had the car that I wanted picked out and was able to test drive within just a few minutes of being on site. I met with James Snyder first and he directed me to a sales associate, Justin O'Brien. I had and issue getting in touch with my insurance agent but Justin O'Brien was very understanding and helpful in getting me all set up with most of the paperwork on Monday evening. Once I had everything lined up on my end, I went back and was driving off the lot within a very short time. Will definitely visit Courtesy again when I am looking for my next vehicle. 100% satisfied with my first brand new vehicle purchase! Thanks Justin O'Brien and the Courtesy team!
