My husband and I received great service at Southgate Volkswagen from Richard Yu and the rest of the team with the recent purchase of our 2019 Jetta. Richard is a very enthusiastic and hard-working sales specialist who listened to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He even came in on his day off to help us make our final decision. Everyone at Southgate was helpful, patient and there was no pressure to buy which was most appreciated. We are enjoying our new vehicle!!
