The delivery driver couldn t find my apartment aft...

The delivery driver couldn t find my apartment after calling me three times and making me go outside and look multiple times. I texted directions and sent a pin yet he still couldn t find it. 25 minutes later after he was supposedly in our complex I decide to call to figure out what was going on and reached their order hot line then had to be on hold for 15 minutes before they actually picked up. Apparently my order got cancelled with out notifying me because my driver barely speaks English. It was very unprofessional and I should of been notfied that my order was cancelled. I m very understanding because it is difficult to find my apartment but I gave detailed directions on the phone and text messaging my driver. This whole experience was very unprofessional and I will not be ordering from them again.
