Konnect Pilates is the very best and there aren't enough words to describe the trust I have in them. The owners, Kelly and Viktor are the best in every way. Personally they have integrity, heart, good business sense, and compassion. They are also both the most knowledgable and the most passionate in every aspect of pilates and body conditioning than anyone I have ever known. Certainly more than ordinary pilates studios. They continue to train themselves and others and tirelessly work toward making Konnect Pilates the highest standard possible. I believe they are already the highest standard in the business. They have built their business with the same priorities with which they live their lives. The studio is immaculate and welcoming at the same time. I took a private hour with Michel Gervais and he took time to ask questions, read what my orthopedic surgeon said about my knee, discuss how it feels and what hurts and what doesn't. He showed me the area of my knee on a phone ap that really outlined the cause of the pain and the muscles associated and how we can work to relieve the pain. From that he formulated a plan and we began what I believe to be the best therapy on earth. I am confident that he will be a huge part of making my knee free of pain and that I will be able to avoid surgery. There are not enough words to describe how amazing they are. I recommend anyone there, but in particular, Michel Gervais from my personal experiences.
