I wound up short of breath over the holidays and went to the Rose ER. They quickly discovered that my heart murmur had escalated and I would require surgery to repair one of my heart valves. In early January I returned to Rose for a cardiac cath procedure followed by valve repair surgery the next week. I have the excellent medical team at Rose to thank for expert, compassionate and kind care. Everyone there has been wonderful and I am now counting on their expertise as I continue my recovery. I couldn't be more humbled and thankful to everyone on the cardiac 4th floor.
