My mother-in-law was treated deplorably at this hospital. We have reached out several times and they claim to want to speak to us, but this is false. No one in four months has addressed her treatment before, during and after her passing by email or phone. Due to the pandemic they said we could not be with her. We explained she could not communicate her own needs and we were dismissed. Upon entering the ER with fractures she was not assisted when requiring to go to the restroom. When she begged for help, she was ignored and we called in for assistance, she was given a Pan and was told to assist herself. When she called us in distress again, her phone was taken from her and not given back. We called and address this situation and were either disconnected or told she would simply have to wait her turn due to overload of patients! This is only the first encounter among many that led to y mother-in-laws passing under distress. Do not bring your seniors here, they do not listen to the senior let alone the caregiver who is trying to advocate for them. It took our family three weeks to get her medical records! After requesting then daily to see how her care was progressing since we could not be with her. It s saddening that the replies received via the reviews are generic, let alone not true. This institution does not address wrong doing. BEWARE, no one deserves to go through this pain. Seniors and their caregivers deserve better, it s not free and regardless of medical insurance deserve compassionate care.
