Not at all impressed... 1) They hardcore pressure you into buying stuff and make you feel like crap if you don't. 2) Very rude staff! My husband and I went to the water park restaurant and we were completely ignored! A good 10 minutes went by and still no service! Needless to say we stormed out of there. 3) The people that pressure you into getting a timeshare were extremely disrespectful to my husband for having to deal with work while they were trying to force us to buy stuff (he is a United States Marine) to me there is nothing more disgusting than to disrespect a soldier! Ones job that is much more important than of those who are just out to gyp people! 4) The rooms aren't all that, no microwave, small closet space, and the maid(s) didn't clean up all that well, in our room at least.. Overall, I am just very disappointed in this place and you best believe that I will not be returning! Bye Felicia
