This is the 4th Honda Civic that we have leased from Crown, and all of them have been from the same salesman. John Hibbs has taken the process of getting a new car and has made it painless. As mentioned earlier this is the 4th new Honda that we have leased from him and every time we have walked away as very satisfied customers. John has always put us in a great car and kept us right in the price range that we were looking for. On our last Civic, John once again worked his magic. We went to the dealer to turn in our 2012 Civic EX and to replace it with a 2015. John was able to get us in into a fully loaded EX-L for nearly the same price. We are both very happy with our new vehicle and I look forward to coming back to work wit John next year when I trade in my 2013 Civic EX.
