Had our Lexus serviced here several times, oil changes etc. Was at the Mall and car would not start. Had to call AAA after calling Balise, who offered no help.

AAA came and found that the battery terminals were so corroded that battery was not making a connection.

I would expect that part of the maintenance is to check the battery terminals. I think they do that at Jiffy Lube.
