We worked with Karl Mackey. He was very knowledgable and not pushy. Our daughter told him what she wanted in a car and what was not necessary. She expressed her color preferences both exterior and interior and he took her to row after row of cars and she picked the perfect car for her needs. He let her test drive it several times. We were very pleased that he did not try the hard sell and questions behind her purchase. Her old used 2003 BMW died and she needed a car, period. Karl knew that she was looking at other cars as well but he let the car do the selling for him. We could not have been more pleased with BMW of Sterling. After her purchase Karl spent tons of quality time explaining all the bells and whistles on the car and did not make her feel like he had another customer to rush off to. He explained everything very patiently. Another plus to this dealership is their service department is superb. As I said she was driving a used 2003 that this dealership kept in top running order for 150,000 miles. Mr. Jim Eddy, I believe that he is now the head of service is top notch in handling our service needs. He is the MAIN reason we returned to this dealership for a new car. Both Karl and Jim Eddy have already called to see if there are any questions with her new car.
