The last six months I have been very dissatisfied ...

The last six months I have been very dissatisfied with Your Hosting. No more telephone accessibility - which I personally really cannot find - and also long waiting times via the app if you have a question. Time and time again changes in their systems that you as a private person also have to go through with if you want your site and / or your mail to be able to run. In the meantime, the bills just keep coming. I think it has become very customer unfriendly and would therefore not recommend it as a hosting company. A big thumb down.
