After ordering a keyboard from their eBay, I noticed my account was tied to an old address and immediately sent them a message with my new address. They replied asking for a photo of my driver's licence which I supplied, got a call a week later saying that they had sent it to the wrong address anyway and that they'll be in touch.

One month goes by without hearing from them, I call up and inform me that someone else had signed for the package! Dennis offered no recourse and I'm left $100 in the hole.
