RooterPlus is an extremely professional and courteous company. Jake came out over a weekend and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. They didn't have the part in stock, but he came back a couple days later when the part arrived, on his day off, to perform the repair and ensure customer satisfaction. He also diagnosed and repaired a second, unrelated issue, which prevented us from paying for something we didn't need. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
