I have been coming here for years. It is definitely not the closest Lexus center but by far the best in delivering Excellent customer experience. Arnold Stovall has been my service advisor for the past 4 years. He explains the situation without overwhelming me with auto shop Verbiage and is professional, and engaging. On multiple occasions, he has gone over and beyond to ensure that I leave with the issue resolved without breaking the bank. I am rating the Magnussen s service center as a whole, not individual service.
PROs - knowledgeable, welcoming and professional staff for the most part, generous array of loaner cars to allow you to test different models and know which model you would like to purchase next, decent warranty on parts.
CONs- timing could be improved, wait time for loaners can be up to an hour, even longer occasionally, some parts are more expensive in this location than other Lexus service centers, cashiers are nice but seem overwhelmed, sometimes slow to check out loaners or just conclude so you can leave in a timely manner. Hopefully they will continue to improve
