I explained what I was looking for in regards to being upside down on a loan. We were looking for an option to possibly lease with Honda financial.
I was told directly that they were only going to run my credit through them. I already had financing through other means. Then all of a sudden I got a alert on my phone regrading my credit getting pulled. They obviously shot gun my credit without my permission.

Conclusion- I received a phone back from the GM and they were willing to do whatever it took to make happy and today I am driving a Honda!
