My braised beef cheek had a hair in it.. discovered it as I was just halfway through my dish. They took my plate away and did not even offer to replace it with a new dish. I was left there still hungry but just billed out as the excitement over the food was gone. They still included my HALF eaten braised beef cheek in the bill so we still had to explain to them that we are not happy to pay for it before they unwillingly took it off our final bill.
