To flee go to the competition. product not delivered after 20 days. unreachable after-sales service. Certain product without much less expensive but after 20 days Rakuten tells me lack of loading space for a mobile and still not deliver. order made on 06/12 always nothing inadmissible. Christmas presents under the tree or at Rakuten? it's a disaster.
