I have been waiting for assistance on a damaged cooler for over two months. The cooler arrived damaged, and I wanted to replace it for a different unit. I was told this was possible, but they would send out a technician to assess the damage and credit us funds. We agreed to do this a month ago, and each time I call I am either unable to get a hold of anyone, or they tell me they will call back. I am not looking for a hand out or anything for free, just to receive what i paid for and actual put this matter behind us! I have had a damaged cooler for over two month of the busiest time of the year!
