We would like to compliment the internet team and especially Kopono who did an incredible job of building trust and maintaining it from start to finish. He did everything within his power to make sure we had photos, video clips and patiently answered each and every question of ours so as to insure we were getting an accurate idea of the quality of the vehicle we were purchasing. In fact we were so confident of what Kapono was telling us that we were willing to drive 600 miles to purchase the used 4Runner. We were not disappointed.

I would also like to give credit to the service department for meticulously inspecting the drive train, body and interior of the vehicle. When I later examined their full report, I simply was in awe of all that they inspected and/or corrected in the process. In my car buying experiences through the years I have learned that the quality of service is truly the core of the company. but also realizing all cylinders of the team must work together. So, there you have it. That's the reasoning behind the 5 star rating. Well deserved and job well done.
