The hotel is in a good location, 5 min walk from Shinjuku station.
If you are a tourist visiting Tokyo and the surrounding area then it is very strategic.

It is clean and quiet and the rooms are very small, as you can see from the photos: handling luggage is not easy
The toilet is a little dated, we found better in Japan for this price range.

We were not satisfied with breakfast (which influenced our assessment):
for offer and quality 2,000 Yen per person (plus taxes) are really out of proportion.
We arrived at breakfast at 8:50 and although the service ends at 10:00 am, the waiters began to take away the few remaining dishes.
Nearby there are excellent solutions for breakfast, Japanese / European / international, and you can change every day.
