I turn to the direction of Rinascente: how is it possible that there is no indication of the floor number at the landing of the escalators? and also there is not a rag of bulletin board / map / floor plan with the indications of the type of goods for both the floor and all the other floors? asking the staff is useless as they are not personal Rinascente but committed by individual brands know very little of the rest.
In other shopping centers, customer service communication is a strong point, not to mention LED displays and / or brand research on the screen ..... etc.-
