I ordered some ink from Formax and received ink for a different machine. When I tried to return it they told me that because their inventory shows no missing parts that there's nothing they can do. I even sent a picture of the order sheet with the wrong part and part number. I guess if you tell your customer that you didn't make a mistake somehow that changes the part in their hand into the correct item. Now I'm out $400+ and nothing more than a "sucks to be you" from Formax. I wish I could run my business that way.
