The first time we met Russ was when he came to service our furnace after we lost heat last winter. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and at a fair price. He then helped me with setting up an inexpensive yearly maintenance plan as our furnace is quite old. Having a reliable person to call has given me peace of mind, especially as a single parent. Russ is extremely friendly and takes the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions for future product purchases and improvements when the time comes. He is not a pushy salesman... and I really appreciate that! :)
