This place is my favorite hotel in NY. Located in SoHo. Everyone wants to visit Soho, even local residents of Manhattan. Easy walking distance to the water, restaurants and stores... But the staff stands out as wonderful and practically unequaled in my extensive travel experience. They remember my name, my room preferences and even my favorite restaurants. The housekeeping staff even says "see you again" when they see me leave with my luggage.

Can't say enough about this place!
