I scheduled an install 3 weeks advance. Received a robo-call the day before installation and confirmed . Then received another robocall on the morning of the installation date and confirmed again (this should have been a sign...). Then waited from noon until 5:45 and no one showed up. I called twice into customer service and was told everything was on schedule. Moral of the story: save your time and your money and look elsewhere. An entire Saturday afternoon wasted. How incredibly frustrating.
