David and the other service people were very nice and helpful. Fast service, as I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The last time I was in ( month ago) I suggested that Lithia put some straight back chairs in the waiting area. When I arrived yesterday there were 3 straight back chairs. Nice going Lithia!! Thank you for implementing my suggestion.
