the worst experience one can tolerate on the phone. I spoke with a customer service representative and was told me the item was not in to repair my broken speaker that I have purchased a month ago. Juan was extremely rude and told me that writing a review was wasting my time and a portion of my life. Juan also expressed that QFX INC dose not follow up with their customers to say that parts are back ordered or just not shipping. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated on the phone. I told every one at my place of work about this wonderful speaker, well after this conversation with Juan I will be telling everyone about this horrific experience. I will never recommend this product again.
