I've had very bad experience with this co. and it's staff.
I had an auto pay for our HOA with previous company before this co took over.
First they lost my ACH form. Then I went to the office, got another form, paid them for two months, but they did not cash my check or took anything out of my account.
I called the office and they told me it is not too late.
After 3 follow up calls and another stop by the site office and talking to Brandon & site Manager Denielle, finally my two months check cleared, but no ACH.
So, for the third time, I stopped by today. Denielle said she can not do anything about $ 100 charges, although she knew I am the only one who has followed up about this issue.
I have also sent emails to Gabriela Mora and Megan Blackburn but nobody has ever got back to me.
The most ridiculous situation and worst management co I have ever heard of.
