I went onto their site and placed an order for 20 pieces. The bill came to $9.99 for shipping, no charge for the product. Received 1 piece with a manifest that said 20, no notification that there was a problem, no correction to the order. Poor communication, finally they admitted that they had a problem with their system but never asked me what I wanted to do. Just took my money and sent me what they wanted to, not what my order said.
