I've been with over 3 years - and recently I've been getting speeds of between 3 and 9mbps and I have FTTP. While they promise average speeds of 44mbps, I've never had anywhere near half of that speed. And now a helpless customer service operator who couldn't do any trouble-shooting but quickly tell me that my modem is over 3 years and I should replace it at a cost. I think I deserve better than these worse than dial-up speeds. I now have to consider TPG or someone else.
