A totally great experience from the the time I stepped onto the lot. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the car and model I was interested in. He worked with the GM to get me the price I expected. The finance manager put things together in a very reasonable time and there was no upsale pressure. I ll be back to Honda of Thousand Oaks when me lease is up to ge my next Honda.
