I have bought 2018 Honda Accord Ex-L from this dea...

I have bought 2018 Honda Accord Ex-L from this dealership.
My experience was very bad with this dealership due to
1- Sale person Chantel Rajkumar attitude, on the day of delivery she was in so much hurry because she need to go home and due to this she doesn t didn t exlain properly any thing about car, papers with car and warranty.She was so rude that I asked her that I want to match VIN number of car with registration slip can you please show me the VIN number on car and she refused and said that do by yourself. Also She put dirty plates on my new car without cleaning it. When I asked her I need to take pictures with my new car in dealership because there are good lights and she said I have to go home and you can take pictures outside of dealership, there was snow at that time and due to her I was not able to take pictures with my new car. I asked her for the test drive of car and she refused. I think she don t want to sell Honda products.
2-When we sit in the car there were many OIL stains inside the roof of car, there was mud on the tires and Rims of the car. Also windows of car were dirty. It looks like that they have not clean the car properly.

3-My brother was with me on the day of delivery and he also need to buy a new accord 2018 and when he asked Chantel Rajkumar that if she can give similar deal to him so he will finalize the deal at the same time and Chantel Rajkumar replied she don t have time .
4- Also I was looking to buy extended warranty for car and I told Chantel and she said that she will ask concern person to contact me but I didn t hear any thing from her.

I would suggest everyone not to go to this dealership even for any service because if they can t clean new car so how will they provide other services for car.
