I have been using Vernon heating and ac for 2 1/2 ...

I have been using Vernon heating and ac for 2 1/2 years and the other owners had been using them for over 10 years. I am very pleased with their customer service and the fact that I can request the same tech each time. I am currently on my 4th tech because of job changes and one personal request and have found Darren to be excellent! He is personable and very knowledgable about my system. He has come twice now to fix mistakes that another tech and I have done. I plan on staying with Vernon for the time being because of the customer service.
The only issue I have is that the office staff need to listen better to the customer and what the issue is that the tech is being sent out for. Darren came out believing he had done something wrong when that was not the case.
