I've never used this company yet I found a $99 charge in my account. When I inquired (they never pick up the phone you have to go through the "help" email. They told me the charge was for the account of some other individual. I told them I didn't authorize any charge and to reverse it immediately. Their customer service person said he was escalating this to there Trust and Safety group (whoever they are) and they would be contacting me. I've heard nothing and when I try to contact the help@skillshare.com email it bounces back with an error message saying they've exceeded their message capacity. Based on what I've read this seems to be a common theme with this company. I'll be reaching out to the appropriate legal authorities to discuss this firm's behavior.
