Buying experience was great at BMW Toronto. However the after service was a headache. They don t even return your emails or phone calls. This almost unheard of in a service economy. I ve never experienced such poor customer service. The after service is so poor I would not buy from this dealer again. I switched to another dealer and had the problem fixed on the first visit.

Also if you look at all the 5 star reviews majority of them have only 1 review which is very suspicious...
