My furnace failed on a very cold October evening. I called Mechanical Energy Systems at 8 AM the next morning and before 10:30 service technicians Bryan and Cody were at my home. They quickly identified the cause of failure and also what parts were near the failure point, likely to cause more heating failures in the not so distant future. They clearly explained their findings in a professional and easy to understand manner. They presented different options to get heat back into my house, explaining the pros and cons of each option. I feel I was able to make an educated furnace repair decision based on their guidance. Both Bryan and Cody were professional, knowledgeable and very clean in their work and my house. Overall, a very good experience in an unpleasant situation.
