This place is a joke. When we got to our hotel thier was maintenance working on the bath room . Tools everywhere I couldn't take a shower, then want to tell me I have to pay for "service fee" for internet and the phone. Which the phone was not even working. Plus we are in 2017!!! The atmosphere was very negative and felt haunted there was no way in hell I was staying the night there. We asked to get a better room. The manger was very nice and helpful. We got to our new room which wasn't a huge difference but was do-able for a night. The only good thing is location. I highly recommend Row NYC which is also in time square I paid the same or slightly a bit cheaper and got a whole new difference . Hotel penn lobby is beautiful but the rooms not at all unless you get the newly remodeled room which was are mistake .
