The hotel was ovetbooked and they kept us waiting in a queue for 3 hours after a 10.5 hr flight in from Athens, Greece. After much arguing we managed to secure a refund on our booking, but had to find another hotel at 1.00 am in the morning. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by the hotel. Would give them minus zero if the system would let me
