very poor management service. My condo has 4 elevators which 3 of them has been out of service in and out and it has been a lot of incident that we had 911 calls to rescue neighbours that have been trapped and stuck in elevators. our condo fees are increasingly every year and their service and maintenance is on a decline. according to the website; company's goal is "to continue to provide and maintain the highest standard of service , confidence and trust, established by DEL property management as the leader in the profession." for the past month beside the company's goal violation , the simple principles of living has been violated and it seems like no one keeps any one accountable for this violation. according to company's declaration of commitment, 'to economically and efficiently manage your home while enhancing the life style of you community" let me declare that it is nothing just pretty words on paper when it comes to action there is nothing that DEL mgmt do to enhance our living style. despite the increasing maintenance fees, the actual maintenance is not happening. it is time for DEL to revisit their mission statement and their properties and take action accordingly!
