My grandparents were customers. My father and my mother were too. Therefore, it seemed the way to go but alas we are currently residing in the Far East and the pandemic happened. However, communication was established via email; an order was placed and service has exceeded expectations by far. Hancocks proved itself once again that since 1849, they have been providing not only the best quality possible but also the best customer experience. Their level of professionalism is unsurpassed not to mention their willingness to accommodate all needs and provide solutions to all problems.
