I bought a certified vehicle 4 months ago. My 1st service visit results in $350+ repairs, the most disappointing thing about this was my service tech reported Items in poor condition and recommended services that were past due.

McDavid made it right, performing the past due repairs at no charge and making me a satisfied customer. We can all make mistakes, but it s important that they acknowledged and took care of it immediately. Thanks
