We first brought our dogs into Mulnix 2 years ago when we got our puppy Millie. We always had a great experience with Dr. Gaffney, and only until recently did we decide to take our dogs elsewhere.
The last time we were in Mulnix, both of our dogs had to have their blood tested because we found ticks on each of them. The vet techs were extremely unprofessional while conducting the blood draw. We were told we would be informed of the results within the next few days, but never heard back from them.

We were able to find our dogs medication online for a much cheaper price than what Mulnix offered, but it required a prescription from our vet- which should've been very easy to obtain. However, Mulnix never approved our prescription so we were always unable to order it for our dog even though it was very important that they take it the beginning of every month.
That is when we made the decision to switch vets.

Our new vet contacted Mulnix in order to receive both of our dogs medical records, which I had given them verbal permission to do, and they were not even able to do it on time. I had to call and follow up with Mulnix just to get them to send it.

I feel like they are a very unreliable vet clinic, and they do not provide the same care that we had seen in the past. They fail to communicate with their patients, and are extremely rude.

I am very glad we made the decision to take our pets elsewhere!
