Our family bought another vehicle from Raul Rodriguez at Lithia Toyota. This time it was a Highlander for our grandfather. Both my grandparents are struggling with various ailments; my grandfather has cancer and grandmother has dementia. My grandfather only wanted to look at Chevy's but I convinced him to stop and see Raul first. It was the only dealership we went to. Raul made sure he understood how the vehicle's features worked and even programmed the satellite radio for him. We really appreciate it.
