I got my beloved Brompton (an awesome folding bike) from Cap's Westwood Cycle. Initially there were some confusions of my Brompton set up, but Evan (the store manager) has resolved it very quickly. Being very proactive and had gone the extra mile to even drop by my house to pick up my Brompton for reconfiguration. That's just first class service!

Subsequently, my Brompton need some other adjustments. So I brought it back to Evan. He made the adjustments for me very quickly and didn't even charge me for it. What a wonderful service!
