First the company sends out renewal notices inticing people to sign up for a product they already have. Then they claim there is no way they can know when someone has a double subcription (of course a simple computer program can do that), and finally they say they can offer no compensation when it occurs. ( I did not ask for a refund, only that they extend my current subscription for the 8 months they double billed me)
It is an obvious unethical marketing plan and may even be illegal.
They obviously DO NOT care about the customer. In spite of the propaganda their employees are posting. They may want to reconsider working for a company with such poor ethics.
And - no, I won't be doing business with this company again and will utilize social media to warn others.
